All products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer. As custom products, they are not eligible for returns.
Quality Guarantee:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@girasolwebshop.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
For quality issues, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Regional Information:
- European Union customers: Custom and personalized products are excluded from the 14-day cooling off period as per EU consumer rights directive.
- United States, Canada, Australia and other countries: Custom products are generally not returnable under consumer protection laws.
